Financial Aid and Tuition

St. Joseph's University, New York is dedicated to helping students and their families take full advantage of the many available financial aid opportunities. Our goal is to assist students to gain access to a quality private college education.

The Office of Financial Aid is responsible for providing all necessary information pertaining to the financial aid process. Staff is available to assist students with the financial aid application process and to provide information about available grants, scholarships, student loan programs and student work-study opportunities.

Applying for financial aid is fairly easy. You begin by filling out the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), which should be completed by January 1 for spring entrance and February 25 for fall entrance, or as soon as possible after admission. The code for the Long Island Campus is E00505. Filing early is important because some funds may be limited.

Applying for financial aid is an annual process. You must reapply for financial aid every year during your college career.

The staff of the Office of Financial Aid looks forward to assisting you. To speak with a financial aid counselor, call 631.687.2600.
