Presented as part of the St. Joseph's College Spring/Summer Webinar Series on Personal Wellness and Professional Success, this live webinar will feature Anissa Moody, director of counseling services for SJC Brooklyn and psychologist/professor at City University of New York. She will discuss tips for preventing job burnout and what managers can do to reduce stress at work.

Dr. Anissa Moody is a psychologist and educator in New York City. She has published papers and given talks on the practice of mental hygiene and the social constructions of race, health and gender, among many other topics. Dr. Moody has more than a decade of experience treating individuals with significant stress-related health concerns including immunocompromised conditions, fibromyalgia, digestive disorders and other somatic disorders. She also specializes in treating trauma and anxiety with non-medication techniques. By sharing her expertise on current topics, Dr. Moody aims to raise awareness of mental health and highlight the importance of mental hygiene in enriching people's lives. Dr. Moody was the host of "Frame of Mind," a weekly show that explored mental health topics and emotional well-being with expert opinions about real-life everyday challenges. She is currently affiliated with SJC Brooklyn and City University of New York.
